Terms of service.
These terms cover the VITA early-access waitlist. The application itself, when it opens, will have a separate, longer service agreement that you will explicitly accept at onboarding.
What the waitlist is
By submitting your email on vitalongevity.app or any of our pages, you join a private list of people who will be invited into VITA as it opens. Early access opens in waves — small (60 in the first wave for founders) and reviewed personally. There is no fee, no auto-charge, and no commitment.
What you agree to
- You are 18 or older.
- The email you enter is yours and accurate.
- You will not abuse the introduction mechanism (no bot signups, no email spam, no fake addresses).
- You understand VITA is not yet a medical service. Nothing on the waitlist site, in our emails, or on the spot page constitutes medical advice.
What we promise
- We will never sell your email or share it with advertisers.
- We will only email you about your application, your early access, or — if you consent — at most twice per month with pre-launch updates.
- If you decide you don't want to be on the list, one click in any email removes you and your data permanently within 30 days.
Referrals
If you introduce VITA to others through your unique link, your application advances in the early access order as their applications confirm. We use simple anti-fraud checks (rate-limit per IP, self-referral block, disposable-email block) to keep the list real. We may exclude entries that we determine in good faith are fraudulent — without notice, and without obligation to explain.
Beta launch terms (preview)
When early access opens, members in the Founders tier receive 12 months of VITA included, personally onboarded. Early Access tier receives 9 months, Priority 6 months, General 3 months. These terms are subject to change before launch; if they change materially, we tell you by email before your access opens, and you can decline without losing your spot.
Limitation of liability
The waitlist is provided “as is”. We make no warranties about uptime or availability. Our maximum aggregate liability for anything related to the waitlist (not the post-launch app) is €100. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by Romanian or EU law.
Changes
We update these terms if material. We notify you by email at least 14 days before any change that affects your existing application.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes that cannot be resolved by email are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bucharest.
